
I am Postdoctoral Research Associate within the Ethics theme of the Public Policy Programme at The Alan Turing Institute, the UK’s national AI and data science institute.
As an engineer and data science practitioner now turned researcher of AI, I have an interdisciplinary background in developing an ethical and social justice-oriented view of emergent digital innovations and the technopolitical ecosystems they inhabit.
My research includes the ethics of AI design and policy, algorithmic and data practices of gig economy and fintech platforms, surveillance and inclusion under digital identity.
I have an interdisciplinary PhD from the School of Business and Management, Royal Holloway, University of London, with earlier degress in ICT4D, management and engineering.
